About the workshop
In this workshop we take you along in the first steps as a consultant. We start with an introduction about UniPartners by one of our directors. After that we go through the steps you take as a consultant when you get an assignment from a company. How do you find out which challenges and issues a company is facing? We zoom in on how you approach such a first meeting and share our step-by-step plan with you.

After the explanation, you get the chance to practice with a case study, in pairs. You alternate between the role of the director of a large company and that of the consultant. The consultant's goal is to go through all the steps of the step-by-step plan in order to get a clear idea of the challenges the company faces. In between you get tips from us.
