Description

Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you better deal with worrying, stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. Join this short session guided in English by one of the student psychologists. We will practice various meditation and relaxation techniques that can help you to cope with stress. It is no longer needed to register for this activity, you can join by using the Zoom link
