Unwind from your day of work or study with a meditation. An experienced meditation teacher will guide you into a meditative practice. Feel the immediate benefits. No experience needed. Meditation is a practice done by millions of people worldwide and increases your focus and stimulates emotional balance. For this activity it is no longer needed to register, you can use the Zoom link to join the session.

Student Meditation is a student society run by students who keep a regular meditation practice. Our goal is to improve the well-being of students in Amsterdam and we do this by providing daily guided meditations, a beginner's course and deep work sessions.
