A good night's sleep makes you more creative, energetic and fitter. Do you want to know how to improve your sleep rhythm? Follow the GoodHabitz training 'The power of sleep'.

In this workshop we will discuss a number of the interesting training activities and you will reflect on your own sleeping habits. At the end of the workshop, you will have several interesting insights and tips that you can use immediately.
