Description

In a mindful walk we try to be present with every step. You may connect with the feeling of your feet on the ground and the sights and sounds around you. When done with intention, we often re-live a sense of joy, relaxation and calmness. The guide will give you some tips to get started, then you'll go on your own journey. At the end we'll meet up at the starting location for some (optional) sharing. Hope to see you there!

A meditation teacher from Student Meditation will guide the session. 

Student Meditation is a student society run by students who keep a regular meditation practice. Our goal is to improve the well-being of students in Amsterdam and we do this by providing daily guided meditations, a beginner's course and deep work sessions.
