About the workshop
Starting a new job can be a daunting experience. What do you need to do to settle into the company culture? What does it take to communicate effectively? In this workshop, you'll gain an introduction into building a global mindset to be better able to navigate diverse company cultures. Learn and reflect on what you can start doing today to help you adapt in the future.

About Karen
Karen GordonKaren Gordon is a NOLOC certified Career Coach & Cross-Cultural Trainer. Karen is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and has first-hand experience of learning to adapt to diverse working environments and cultures. She works with international and local clients, is originally from Ireland and has lived in Australia, France, UK, US and settled in The Netherlands.

Karen draws expertise from over 25 years broad business experience including many years in the Dutch job market. Her managerial involvement in a range of organisations and successful start-ups developed her insight into business practices and emerging trends and her key HR, training and recruitment roles gave her invaluable knowledge across a broad spectrum of working cultures.
