As a proud UvA alumna, Danielle will discuss the vital role of self-expression and inclusivity in the workplace and how they are vital in starting your career journey. She is the founder of The Diverse Agency, the first drag queen agency in Europe, and House of Inclusion, a leading diversity and inclusion consultancy. She’ll share her story from study to start ups and how her setbacks after her studies worked out for the better.

About Danielle Jiskoot:
Danielle founded The Diverse Agency in 2019, the first agency for LGBTQI+ talent in the Benelux, and House of Inclusion in 2023. With high energy and humor, she guarantees unforgettable sessions and sparks stimulating conversations about self-expression and how we can make society truly inclusive, so that everyone can be themselves. Partly because of this, Danielle was nominated for the Forbes 30 under 30 Arts and Culture Europe in 2021. She challenges organizations to show more authenticity. Danielle shares experiences in the field of leadership, diversity & inclusion, people & society and entrepreneurship. She appeared in various media such as De Telegraaf, Financieel Dagblad, 7DTV, NH Nieuws and was a speaker during TedxAmsterdam Women. She can also be found in the MT Sprout Inclusive 30 of 2024.
Together with business partner Sacha Martina, she started 'House of Inclusion' in January 2024. The start-up focuses on offering trainings, workshops and advice to companies that want to improve their diversity and inclusion strategies. House of Inclusion is a 'modern style consultancy' that pushes organizations out of their comfort zone in a creative and agile way. They work for companies such as Marriott, Center Parcs, Vinted and Verisure.
