Description
Under the guidance of a professional mindfulness trainer you will view a few paintings at the museum using the mindfulness method.
What is the mindfulness method? It is learning to view art in a new way, and how it can contribute to your mental wellbeing. We do this by using mindful meditation exercises and the artworks and life story of Vincent van Gogh. His story is a good starting point to talk about our mental wellbeing and the challenges we face in doing so. Afterwards there is a workshop in which you translate your feelings into painting a landscape.
