About the workshop

What is your motivation? What are your qualities and disadvantages – and why? What can you tell about yourself? In this online workshop, you’ll be introduced to an answer to these questions. You’ll get to challenge yourself, in a safe setting with your fellow students and a career coach. After role-playing, you’ll receive feedback and tips. These will let you engage in your interview with confidence.

At today’s session, Wibe will tell you more about his career moves. Like no other, he can speak about the different tastes of entrepreneurship: being an entrepreneur within a large multinational, joining a fast-growing startup, or starting something yourself from scratch. What are the (dis-)advantages of these different career moves and how has Wibe’s career vision changed over the years? Join the session to hear all about it!
 

In this session we are going to learn how to make the best decision for your first 'real' job based on your core motivations and innate talents. The beginning of any career is an important predictor of future success and happiness and it is important to do it intentionally. If you start working within the right job from the start, you can fulfill your potential and have a real impact at the same time.  This session is for you if you have (almost) finished your bachelor or master's degree and are looking to land your first job - the right way. 

Are you orientating on starting your career in the Netherlands as a non-Dutch speaker? In this compact online workshop, you’ll be introduced to the job market in the Netherlands. You’ll discover which part of the job market is interested in non-Dutch speaking graduates. Also, you’ll get an idea of what a job search strategy entails and how it can be of use, and if you have to learn Dutch or not. In the end, you’ll have a better picture of how to start your job search in the Netherlands.

Managing a creative process is a bit like running a nuclear power plant: it’s great fun until you pull the wrong switch. Your future career will inevitably involve having to play an intermediary role in creative processes. In this workshop, you’ll learn about the many pitfalls and dos and don’ts of the creative process, like drawing up a proper briefing, dealing with client politics and getting creatives to do what you want.
