Each year in November, the UvA organises the 'UvA Study Abroad Fair' where you can find out more about the possibilities to study abroad during your study programme. Register for sessions now!

What to expect? Learn, grow, explore. Step into the world of study abroad!

  • Learn about exchange opportunities at the UvA’s partner universities by joining one of our information sessions.
  • Explore other possibilities to spend your time abroad, for instance by: doing an internship, visiting a student conference, participating in an international team to solve global challenges, or applying for a Summer School.
  • Explore the World Café in the central hall and meet students who had a life changing experience abroad. 
  • Grow your international network by meeting students who have returned from their study abroad and connect with with ESN and AIESEC; two student-run organisations that can help you with your orientation.

Location

The Study Abroad Fair will take place at the Roeterseiland campus, building A/B/C on 2 November 2024 12:15 - 17:15.

Some information before you go

After confirming your registration, you will receive a confirmation on your student-email account with your personal programme. Even if your student-email automatically forwards messages to your personal email, you might need to login to your student email to retrieve your personal programme.

NB: Please cancel your registration if you are not able to join anymore, so your spot can be given to someone else.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to attend the Study Abroad Fair online, nor will the sessions be recorded.

Finances are firmly in the top spot of student concerns regarding their study abroad. Join this session to understand what financial support may be available to you and get tips on how to have a life-changing experience on a budget. Students with a Dutch nationality are advised to attend the Dutch session for more accurate information.
