Walking meditation

Description

In a mindful walk we try to be present with every step. You may connect with the feeling of your feet on the ground and the sights and sounds around you. When done with intention, we often re-live a sense of joy, relaxation and calmness. The guide will give you some tips to get started, then you'll go on your own journey. At the end we'll meet up at the starting location for some (optional) sharing. Hope to see you there!

Yin yoga

Description

Fully relax in this end of the week yin yoga class. Yin yoga is a meditative form of yoga where you hold poses for 3-5 minutes. Using props so you can completely relax and let your body open up. No experience needed.

Singing together

Description

In this singing workshop we learn how our voices and singing can help us connect to one another. We'll work on creating a harmonious sound together, while also being aware of our own parts within the whole. Are you eager to sing adventurously and playfully? Creative movement & dance

Description

This workshop is about expressing yourself through movement in the way you truly want, creating poetry with the language of our whole body. Through breathing, different techniques and visualizations, as well as the groove of the music, you will get to know your body better, and use it to express yourself. With improvisation, self-made or learned choreographies we express ourselves and listen to each other with respect, curiosity and a big dose of fun!

This workshop aims to help students gain a better understanding of their own personal boundaries and how to communicate them in social situations. Topics that are addressed include: the diversity of experiences people have, the ways in which our unique personal identities and situations shape our boundaries, and how we understand those of others.
