In the Social blues meeting you can share your struggles with establishing (deeper) social connections, adjustment difficulties and loneliness. By sharing your experiences, you can form more in-depth connections with the other group members. Also, through an interactive approach and a variety of psychological techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, you get tools that will help you in establishing (deeper) connections with people outside the group.
